A chairlift is across the street that offers spectacular views and more hiking trails when you reach the mountain. The famous Neuschwanstein castle is within 30-40 min drive from here. "Property situated in a small village near Oberstaufen. Great bakery and small supermarket for essentials in walking distance. Great opportunities for walking in the area. The owners were attentive and helpful and the apartment was fine with an excellent pool in the building for residents. Word of warning, the underground garage is only suitable for normal car and not people carrier or SUV/crossover! Would recommend this apartment."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Good view of the mountains as it sits opposite on the hill. It is a bit of a walk into town, but we did not mind it. It was really nice to have a walk after dinner! Apartment was clean, simple, but has everything you need. As our visit was in the summer - we did not use the sauna. Be aware the garage is small. We had a van and fortunate not all the spaces were full or we would have trouble getting in/ out. Would definitely stay here again!"
