Once we arrived, we could not get into the apartment to see if it was as described, so I can't say if it is. The lockbox would not open, and they did not reply to my message saying we couldn't get in until the next morning. "I took 2 of my teens and my teenage neice to visit family in the area. The apartment was in a great neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. We were not aware that we had to check-in by 10PM or that this was the separate upstairs apartment of the owner, but it all worked out well and she was very kind! We would definitely come back!"

Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. "My stay was wonderful. The host, Berekat was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The place was extremely clean, comfortable and easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, trams, and the Hannover City Forest. The area was quite safe and within walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof and Lister Meile. The only negative was all the construction being done on the building behind the VRBO. I would definitely come back again to stay."
