Dusche in einem der Zimmer falsch gebaut, so daß das komplette Bad samt Teile des Zimmers überschwemmt werden. Im anderen sehr dunklen Zimmer ein dauerhafter unerträglicher Gestank aus der direkt angrenzenden Garage, giftige Lösungsmittel ! In der Garage wird der Benzinrasenmäher laufen gelassen.
