The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. "The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc."
