"I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!"

"Area is a little ducked off from the night life in Tachikawa which can be perfect or slightly inconvenient depending on your desires. If you want to get drunk and have a night to remember*, maybe it's a bit of a walk for a drunk person. If you want easy access to the night life but peace and quiet, away from the trouble, it is the exact right distance for you. If you're on foot and using the train system, be prepared for a little walking. Its not too bad if you like walking medium distances. There's plenty to do and see in-between the station and hotel. I can not speak on drivers' and the experience with parking, as I was on foot for my experience."

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"This is a great hotel with a rooftop onsen. The rooms are modern and very spacious. I enjoyed the dinning options, especially the amazing breakfasts options! The location is excellent with easy access to many dining and shopping options. "
