"In Japan for a month. This was by far the best place I stayed. Staff was amazing. Food is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. And the onsen is relaxing and peaceful. Great Japanese ryokan experience. The staff was so friendly and nice. Felt like I was staying at a friend’s house—except it didn’t have to help with chores."

"It was easy to find from the station, breakfast was good, the public bath was good ( you do need to strip down to your birthday suite), the room was good except the bed it was one step up from sleeping on the hard ground."

For example, they knew we liked to face the garden while eating so they setup the table that way. Another example is, they knew I loved boiled eggs so instead of asking every morning they prepared it for me. These little small attention to details and the kindness of the staff, the wonderful food, the beautiful scenery and amazing onsen made my trip unforgettable. "
