"I had a fantastic stay in the Pilippo unit! The apartment was spacious, featuring a great balcony with stunning views. Its location was perfect, just 15-20 minutes from the ski center, making it super convenient. Check-in was easy, and the fast WiFi was a great bonus I was performing some work during my stay. Though I only stayed for two nights, I would absolutely return if I’m ever in the area again. Highly recommended!"

"A new hotel which has just opened in Kalavryta. The condition of the hotel reflected how new it was. There is quite an amusing lift arrangement where you go up in one lift and then back down in another. When not carrying luggage, best to walk around. The owner didn’t speak much English, but really made us welcome!! He was kind enough to open breakfast early a couple of mornings so we could eat before we went out. This was a continental style affair. We didn’t eat an evening meal or drink in the hotel, we went into town instead. The only criticism was the design of the bathroom. This is a wet room with shower, toilet and basin. We found the shower drained slowly and the floor doesn’t prevent water seeping under the door into the bathroom. There is no method to stop this water getting into the bedroom."

"The hotel was vey nice and clean. Location was convenient. Breakfast had lots of choices. Right across from the beach. Parking was easy and right in front of the hotel. "

"Awesome apartment ,clean ,all amenities needed for a family stay , great view and close to beach , upon arrival the fridge was full of bottle water , fruit for juicing , bread , eggs and all the essentials to get started . The hosts were polite professional and hospitable.could not fault Diamanto or the property."

"Arrived at the Convivial on 8/29/2024. A sign said to call a cell phone, no one around. Not a good start for a place named "convivial". Someone came down and showed us a room with stained carpets, stained curtains, stained towels, dark bathroom that wasn't clean. Carpeted stairs had stains. The carpets everywhere looked worn and not vacuumed. The doors to the rooms were plain wooden doors you might have in your house. One of them had a crack in it that you could see light come through. Not secure at all. The lobby was dark and the couch had a dark stain, as if someone had wiped greasy hands on it. No "luxury" here. There is a courtyard with a small pool that had not been cleaned for a long time. The walls below water were dirty. There were debris floating on the water and there was no filtration pump going. There were droppings on the pavement and the few tables/chairs were covered with dust. Not "spa" like either. The receptionist showed us three rooms and they were all in similar conditions. We spoke with the owner and they refused to refund our money. They offered to clean the room. I was disgusted and wouldn't sleep there even at no charge. I had to find another place to stay. I complained to Expedia. They tried to get in touch with the owner. The owner didn't answer the calls, Expedia did not approve a refund. This is the cancellation policy of 24 hours prior, but it seems there is no protection against false advertising. This place has been neglected for some time."

"The place is brand new. Very well maintained. Great service. Highly friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Good dining options. Amazing pool. There are not too many attractions close by. Perfect place just to relax or to spend a day in between Patras and Athens or south Peloponnese. Highly recommended!"

"Loved our stay at Kalavrita Canyon Resort and Spa. We were pleasantly surprised on our mountain drive up to Kalavrita as there is stunning scenery along the switchbacks. The hotel staff are exceptional; the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor of the hotel is very eclectic and interesting. There’s a sweet courtyard in the rear and pool. Underground and street parking available. Walking distance to historic sites and village shops/restaurants."
