Very convenient location to the Blue penguin colony (just a short drive away). Hotel room was quiet despite very busy (by New Zealand standards) street out front. Clean, good sized rooms

The property was great except for the parking. Not enough. We had to park at the opposite end to where our room was when we came back last night. No where to park. Only downside. Everything else was pretty good.

Excellent condition very clean everything looked new Heater was helpful Took a while to check in as unattended for 15 mins .not a major issue Spa plug control loose wires showing worried i would get electrcuted if i turned on spa Lovely stay Great effort to make the place clean and looking nice Toiltries and mints provided nice touch
