"It was very warming and welcome being as soon as we pulled up we were welcomed by our name welcome board very great instructions on how to get down to the house. The inside was beautiful and very cozy and warm with snacks. Waiting on us. Absolutely loved it. My girls loved it would recommend it to anyone. It was very cozy and clean. What absolutely book it again if we ever go back to that area."

"We had the best time!! The place was adorable, we loved the artwork, the plants, the fireplace inside was a real bonus. It was warm and cozy. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. It was decorated like a little cozy cottage. We hope to come back again in the summer!! The towns was fun too!!!"

"Bonnie and Dave have thought of everything you could possible want or need during your stay! Personal touches from treats for my dog to thoughtful Easter treats in addition to stocked drinks and snacks made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. While I didn’t use the hot tub my pup enjoyed the big fenced in yard. The little house is adorable!! If I could give more than 5stars I would … I hope your place is available next time I’m in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"My friends and I stayed here as a jumping point to Dayton for a sporting event. Worked out well. Hot tub was even working! Will definitely come back if all things align again for the group."

"This was one of our favorite BnB's ever. Aside from some extremely minor housekeeping issues, everything was perfect. The three bedrooms are on three different levels, which was great for privacy. The house was nice enough for us to have a an additional guest (relative) over for a meal. It was also convenient to have a 24-hour Waffle House, a CVS, and a small supermarket a six-minute walk away. "

"Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one"

"I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe the property. This was, without a doubt, the finest vacation rental I have used in all my years of renting in vacation. I cannot begin to categorize all of the perquisites offered at this property. Go without worry!"

"Nice Place, easy to get to. Clean, simple home. We enjoyed the pin ball machine in the basement. Rooms were good size, bathroom was a little small. Shower had a nice two head setup, with plenty of hot water. We had a couple issues with the TV in the main room, but all other TV’s worked great. Yard was freshly mowed and house was in order."

"Positives: great location and ample space for large groups. Areas of opportunities: need more dishes and glass ware to match the occupancy of the house. Need extra blankets and pillows. Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. "

"We had a nice time. The host was responsive and quick with all communication. She was able to assist with some unexpected things that happened during and at the end of our trip. The arcade games were great for yound and old. The beds were comfortable and everyone had thei own space."
