"The steps leading up to the apartment are a little steep but that could be just me. The only 2 complaints I had were it was only 58°F. in the house when we got there and it took over an hour to start warming up once it started it went quickly,which would have been fine except i have a 5 month old baby . I called Mimi 20 minutes in she did call her maintenance guy but it had started to warm up before he got there. My other complaint was there was no cookie sheet,maybe someone someone stole it...

"This is an older property, but Aaron has made it comfortable and homey. My family all said the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a slight cigarette smoke smell (likely from a previous tenant not respecting the policy), but it wasn’t overwhelming. We took our dog for walks, the immediate neighborhood seemed nice but the main streets seemed a bit rough.Netflix and games were a nice touch."

"I traveled with my teenage grandchildren to visit their cousin at Toledo University. We absolutely loved this industrial style loft apartment. They enjoyed the "escape room" vibe for finding and parking. It was spotlessly clean and quality furnishings which I very much appreciated. We could walk to restaurants and a Mud Hen game. Downtown parks are well worth the visit. Host was gracious and responsive."

"This place was perfect for us! My husband and I stayed there with my daughter and her boyfriend for three nights. We were so excited to realize that the pool was still open for the season! The purpose of our stay was to visit, Put-In-Bay. The Jet Express is a short walk over the bridge which saves you from having to pay for parking! The condo was the perfect set up for the four of us. They had everything that we needed! I highly recommend this place! We will definitely stay again in the future!"
