"Incredible! Lucia works so hard for her guests and really makes the stay memorable. My partner has dietary restrictions and she did a great job accommodating those, plus gave us lots of insights on how to take the ferry, train, and so on. Mandello is a very cute little town and this place is right in the center, just steps away from the train station, very easy to get wherever you’d like to go. "This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. "Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura a Pasqua per due notti: il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibile pronta ad aiutarci e a darci consigli sul luogo. Abbiamo trovato la camera calda (i termosifoni sono regolabili), e con tutto quello che ci serviva. La colazione buona, abbiamo mangiato briosche, taleggio, pane fresco e marmellata (si poteva anche mangiare biscotti e fette biscottate). Il parcheggio è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. "They say Lierna is for travelers not tourists how true! From the very beginning we loved B&B in Maria villa! The home itself is a beautiful, stately manor. we were treated extremely well. We loved our room which looks over the lake especially the huge wooden sliding door that lets air in, but keep out bugs and sun sometimes when you don’t want it.
