"The motel was suitable for one night stopover - breakfast was included although dining room didn't open until 8.00am so if needing an early departure breakfast would not be possible (not necessarily a big deal and fortunate that I didn't need to leave till after 8.00am to get to next destination). Breakfast was a typical serve yourself but certainly sufficient. Dining room looking a little sad with ceiling lining looking like it needs replacing. The room generally clean however di notice what appeared to be German cockroaches mainly in bathroom (remise of me not to mention to staff in the morning)."

"Free breakfast available each day in a room near the office, a real unexpected bonus with the price being so affordable. The rooms are smallish but with toaster and microwave as well and there is a separate laundry where you can iron your clothes. Easy parking, and access from the street, and very close to the Australian Equine Livestock Events Centre."

"Very clean, comfy bed. Great location just out of Tamworth. Easy check in with the option of the keys being available out of hours. Papa Luigi restaurant is located on site and the food is amazing and very friendly service. Will definitely stay there again on our way through Tamworth."
