"清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。 このサイトでは素泊まりプランしかなかったのが残念でした。。。 前日にホテルへ相談したところ、+5000円/人で夕食と朝食を後からつけることができ、現地では朝夕ともに個室で美味しくいただきました。 温泉も24時間入れるため、滞在中に何度も入りました。他の方のレビューにもあるように、露天風呂の温度は少し低かったですが、温水プールと思えば問題無しでした笑。一応、風呂の上の方に温かいお湯が溜まっているため、手でかき混ぜると全体的に暖かくなります。 また今回は貸切風呂も利用してみました（写真アップしときます）。 全般的にはかなり良かったと思いますので、また利用させていただきます。"

"施設、温泉は良いが、夕食会場で人間がサービスする部分はイマイチでした。 ホテル側のペースで食事は提供されます。 他のお客さんのテーブルをガチャガチャ片付けるので、 早く済ませないといけない気分になる。 従業員の私語、笑い声がうるさい。 暑過ぎるくらいの暖房でカラカラになる。 加湿器は欲しかったかな。 お風呂も客室も悪くないです。 なので、残念です。"
