"We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. "The Hotel Emion in Sapporo was a perfect stay for arriving in Japan for the first night! The facilities are clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities which we didn’t have time to even get to all of them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone but especially those looking for a conveniently located place close to Sapporo Station. "

"Big room (for japan), located near Odori park. Good value, even provided free drinks to guests from 3pm to 7pm (and also later). Excellent service, arranged taxi to airport for us. Recommend ++++"

"This hotel is conveniently located next to JR station, and is surrounded by department stores. You can basically buy anything you need. It is clean and modern. The bathroom is very spacious. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again in my next visit."

"Room is really small but I think that’s normal for Japanese hotel. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient. Hotel breakfast is really good - a wide variety of Japanese food and some western food like scrambled eggs, bread products, sausages. My favorite indulgence is the soft serve ice cream machine."

"The property is Centrally located to City Center and the train station. This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The lobby was very good for lounging before or after check in. Room condition was good "
