Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. "Very clean hotel and staff is friendly. Some restaurants around the hotel. Bakery across street is most go. However , the room is small but still bigger than regular JP hotels. "

"It has all you need, clean and comfortable and very pocket friendly. Ideal if you need to catch an early flight or late arrival into CTS. There is nothing arround the property which was not an issue for us as we have a rented car. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided. "

"It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. You see, I got an email from the hotel confirming our stay written in the email headline. So, I never bothered to read the email. It was a mistake but this is a natural response. So we did NOT know our access code. Only because someone else living there let us in did we get into the lobby. And the self-check in apparatus is difficult to use and verifying whom we were was impossible the way it was set up.Only bc there was a phone number were we, after 90 minutes, able to enter our room. No instructions on how to get out of the room either due to the electronic lock. We had to call again. Took 15 minutes to do this! We are not idiots either. I am a computer programmer. There simply are no instructions."

"Stayed in the room with outside onsen bath. Very spacious with massage chair and Netflix etc available on tv. Plenty of amenities, dessert from the onsite patisserie, kaiseki dinners, live harp music in lobby, roasting marshmallows , great steep sound system in lobby. Nice service! Loved the padded velvet robe/coat! "
