"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with us during our stay, was basically very rude. This wasn't simply a language issue as although most people we met in Sardinia did not speak English, they were generally happy to try to help us and...

"Ho soggiornato una notte per andare a visitare il parco regionale di Tepilora, che si trova a 10 km di distanza. L'albergo è nella media, niente da segnalare né nel bene né nel male. La zona dove si trova è all'uscita del paese ed è silenziosa ed è comodo parcheggiare. La colazione è minimalista, fornita al bar. "

"Wir hatten das Haus eigentlich für zwei Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Das Haus wurde uns dreckig übergeben wofür wir auch noch 50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen mussten. "Very nice traditional hotel with superb views over Bitti and the mountains. Restaurant good quality and only real restaurant in Bitti (walking distance). Bitti itself is a pleasant, but unremarkable village with lots of interesting and steep back streets. Good stop over for a few days if exploring Sardinia "

A fantastic family that takes care of you with tasty (for us vegetarian) food and lots willingness to make your stay a happy one. We will definitely come back!"
