"I stayed at a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment over a 3-car garage. There was a pool and areas to sit in the backyard. The views from the yard and the balcony in the apartment were great, but partially obscured by the Line Fire that was burning in the far distance. You are in the Santa Ana Mountains. The only problem I had were ants in the bathtub, a few in the bathroom sink, and a few on the counter with the kitchen sink. The ants may have been coming from the garage."

Nowhere on his posting does it show or say that its 2 story or that there are steps down to the unit. This would be helpful for people like me who cannot do stairs as Im handicapped & use a walker.
