"Lovely location - Cinnamon Cottage is small but very new and clean - perfect for the two of us. Could do with fly screens on the windows and sliding door. "

The only house on 1.8 Km beach. How special is that?

"Such an amazing location to stay with spectacular 180 degree views from the house and close enough to lots of great places to visit- this is our 2nd time staying at Primrose Sands and we would love to return again & again"

"The property was pet friendy, great for our 2 small dogs. The view was lovely and the water just accross the road. The beds were very comfortable too. However, the house was quite tired and unkept. The garden unloved. There was rubbish left out back, lots of ugly weeds, pegs on the ground and rubbish in a dust pan. There was bits of rubbish under the furniture inside, under beds and sofas. Some cooking utensils were not cleaned properly. Towels were provided but no hand towels or face...

"This home was so beautiful and nestled perfectly into Apollo Bay. It fit perfect into the nature surrounding it. "

"We really enjoyed the stay. There were things to do for all ages. Very accommodating for all ages. With the number of people we had stay, it didn’t feel like we crammed in together. The house was very spacious. "

"We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. We will definitely be back"

The most amazing views to Mount Welllington, Hobart City and the mighty Derwent River.

Up stairs Family room, Leather lounges and of course a View over Hobart city and docks.(3)

"The property was amazing and the view was to die for.enough room and lots of space for all the family. Very clean and tidy. 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this property to anyone especially large groups and large families. "Really loved the location, serenity and amenities at this property. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom & views over spectacular Pirates Bay - which was a real plus for our group of four couples. The lounge area was large and welcoming and the kitchen was well facilitated for self-catering. Direct beach access from the property was a bonus. The location was perfect for enjoying numerous bushwalks in the Tasman Peninsula area. We'll definitely be back."

"This was a really beautiful stay... great little kitchen, super comfortable bed, just sparkling. A few wall light fixtures were not functioning and a bathroom sink would not deliver any hot water for some reason!!! The shower was super spacious and open, beautiful, but the hot water delivery there was lukewarm and sporadic as well. The only reason I couldn't give it five stars for overall. Hot water is pretty essential-- I will note that there was a fantastic little beverage hot water dispenser...
