"We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. We will definitely be back"

"We came to do walking in the south east of Tasmania and to see the auroa australia. We were able to do both even though the weather was a bit of everything. A lovely deck overlooking the beach and sea. A nice pub 5 mins walk up the road so we didnt have to cook dinner. A really peaceful and quiet area."

"Loved the view and location and all the facilities inside. Perhaps the bed could be updated? Septic tank quite smelly. Road noise but overall the view and location made it all worth well. "

The only house on 1.8 Km beach. How special is that?

"About 35 min. from Hobart, this lovely home is tucked away in nature where you're almost guaranteed to see wallabies, pademelons, & many birds, incl. cockatoos. Pretty views of surrounding woods & garden, and distant bay. Could use a new non-stick fry pan, but otherwise, very well equipped kitchen with many condiments, and coffee & tea. "Really loved the location, serenity and amenities at this property. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom & views over spectacular Pirates Bay - which was a real plus for our group of four couples. The lounge area was large and welcoming and the kitchen was well facilitated for self-catering. Direct beach access from the property was a bonus. The location was perfect for enjoying numerous bushwalks in the Tasman Peninsula area. We'll definitely be back."
