"Toilet clogged & wouldn’t flush. Moved rooms & it had a hole in the ceiling & very noisy on the street side. Asked to move back to origins room use the other toilet until they could fix it the next day as my daughter was ill. While in the shower the door was jammed shut. When I finally did it open it fell in on me & sliced my shin open. Marco was super nice but the other man was rude & sarcastic bringing me literally to tears. "

"I was greeted very warmly by the reception. I was handed a map of Florence and recommended a few really good places to visit (I was also informed about how to get to these places). The location is great in that it is quiet and gives a good idea of living in an old, Italian apartment. The view of the courtyard behind was also memorable. "THE STAFF WAS GOOD. WE TALK, WHAT WE COULD BOTH UNDERSTAND, AND WE WERE GOOD. THE COMMUNICATION WAS A LITTLE TRYING BUT WE WERE OK. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ROOM WAS JUST A ROOM. THE LOCATION WAS NEAR THE TRAIN STATION SO THE COMMUTE WAS NOT BAD.I ATE AT 1 SPOT SENZAONE I BELIEVE IT WAS CALLED.. THE STAFF SAID IT WAS GOOD, BUT IT WAS JUST OK TO ME.
