To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. "I like very much. For a short time is great place ( I was there 10 days ) There is not restaurant, no laundry. They charge for parking your car ( was surprise ) But I love the hotel. "

"It was hot and didn't have air conditioning in the room. They also appeared to not have knowledge of my reservation. The breakfast was minimal. And they didn't have a double bed as we had reserved so me and my fiancee had to push two of the single beds together to try and sleep together"
