I liked everything, the stuff very helpful. The amenities more than I expected. very good location, same place of the mall location where you have everything to eat, shop and entertainment. Easy access to the airport and downtown.

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

Maravilhosa

Nos hospedamos no hotel afim de participar de formatura. Check- in rápido e eficaz. No momento da reserva pedi para nos hospedar nos andares mais alto, onde minha solicitação foi prontamente atendida. O único porem foi o problema da descarga do banheiro, mas como chegamos de madrugada, não daria para pedir ajuda aos colaboradores. No mais, foi fantástico!

hotel bem localizado dentro do estacionamento do shopping, ótimo atendimento e estrutura do quarto! melhorias: os corredores não são ventilados e são bem abafados, o café da manhã estava com uma variedade boa, mas não estava saboroso e tem muito pernilongo no hall. e tentei realizar um checkin adiantado, mas não obtive retorno nem por email e nem telefone.
