"The service was excellent, and most of the staff spoke English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. We arrived several hours before check-in, but the hotel offered luggage storage, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the area. Its location is convenient, just 15-20 minutes from the main tourist attractions. Security is present 24/7 outside the hotel, which added to the sense of safety. The rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind, offering reasonably priced drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast each morning had a wide variety of delicious options. The AC in the room worked well and kept the space comfortably cool. Some staff can arrange taxis at fixed rates, helping you avoid the common scams from regular taxi drivers, which was a huge plus. Make sure to bring wall plug adapters for your electronics, as the outlets are different than in the U.S."
