"This is an historic inn on a country road. Quite unique, even down to the real key to access your room. No staff is available at night but everything was fine. Be aware that you must climb steps up to your room but staff is quite willing to help with your luggage. Breakfast is meager: bagels, coffee, fruit and OJ. It has a good restaurant and excellent bar which is open till 10:00. "

"Buck Inn is a beautiful historical building in a very quiet area. I do believe there were crickets in the basement, but fortunately, I love the sound of crickets. Our room, the Van Gogh, was spacious & comfortable. It doesn't have an in-room private bathroom, but since we were the only guests during our stay, the bathroom a few steps down the hall wasn't a problem.
