"I had a disappointing experience as my host hadn’t provided any check-in details the day of my stay. Check in is at 4pm, at 5pm I had reached my destination where the accommodation was and I realized I didn’t have any information regarding my check-in process. I reached out to the host who then informed me that the accommodation was double booked and my stay would be cancelled. "Well if any place can surpasses your expectations, this was it. We are a well travelled family and I can truly say that the photos do not do it enough justice. The property is tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a holiday. I would add that the dining table is so much nicer than the one in the photo. "We had a lovely stay at the Big Barn. Communication was exemplary, Jenny was very helpful and friendly, and the house itself is beautiful. We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy. The surrounding area is beautiful with beaches, great walks and pubs all nearby."

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"
