"Stairs to 3rd floor flat dirty with cobwebs and trapped insects. Inside clean but holes and scrapes in walls. A bit crude. OK for a couple college guys but not if brought my wife, or for retired guys or couples. Stairs 3 flights a bit much for older people."

"Had a great time staying here in downtown Roscoe Village! We came down for the Wine your way out event held at the KOA in Coshocton. We visited 2 local farmers markets, Killing Trees winery and ate at the Warehouse and Hicks Tavern! Can’t recommend Indian Bear coffee enough! So delicious and conveniently located downstairs! The ambiance of this historic area is quaint and relaxing. 10/10 and we will be back again!"

Zanesville Vacation Rental Near Downtown
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (2)
"The rental property was great. Two bedrooms nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. It's a pretty quiet area. The only reason it's not a five-star rating is the internet is horrible. The TVs disconnect from the internet every 30 minutes or so and I tried to use the Wi-Fi and could not because it was so slow. Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay again."

"First off, we never got in. I was not sent any check in information. I expected it to be sent day of check in and it never was. Turned around and drove 150 miles home the same day. Second, I cannot tell you how horribly Vrbo treated us and how difficult it has been to be refunded. We were debited for the original payment (had to prove it), within the month it was refunded WITHOUT Vrbo fees paid back. Then the whole amount was RE-DEBITED, and still have not been RE-refunded. VRBO has refused to...
