"We came in town for my Mom’s reunion of high school friends. The location was perfect for all our outings. I was born in Coshocton and haven’t been there in over 20 years. As a kid I loved Roscoe Village. Our place was so nice and cute. Easy to book, check in process very easy. On arrival we were very pleased to see how clean it was. We had a short stay so will be coming back and staying here again. "

"The rental property was great. Two bedrooms nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. It's a pretty quiet area. The only reason it's not a five-star rating is the internet is horrible. The TVs disconnect from the internet every 30 minutes or so and I tried to use the Wi-Fi and could not because it was so slow. Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay again."

Checking in was a little complicated because info was on the property management website instead of Vrbo. Only real concern is that it’s a basement and there’s no egress except through the front door. Could be a hazard in case of a fire. Overall, would stay here again!"
