"This property was just what we needed. An affordable, no frills space. The immediate area is up and coming and a short walk to Downtown So. Berwick with a choice of restaurants and lovely market."

"The property was very clean and the host, Chris, was great at communicating before and after our stay. The house was nicely appointed but had a few issues giving it a 4 from us. The outside stairs were in disrepair and the bedrooms were small to move around in. It was very nice but for the price I would have liked at least a half bath on the lower level and less tight quarters."

"The apartment was centrally located in Dover. It was an easy walk to the downtown restaurant and shops. Parking on the street was easy but you have to pay except after 8 and on Sundays. Common space was limited. Our family of 4 felt it was great for a weekend but not much longer. The owner, Travis, was quick to respond to questions and was a gracious host. There is a new bakery across the street that is AMAZING. Highly recommend for coffee and breakfast. "

"Very nice clean apartment. The only disadvantage is this is a second floor apartment and it is not listed anywhere that you have to travel upstairs to get to the apartment. This became a challenge for my elderly parents. Thankfully we were only staying one night, but getting them up and down the stairs was not easy. Otherwise the apartment was fine. Had everything we needed for the night. "

"The place is very nice was able to communicate easy with the host or owner not sure. Only thing I would suggest to put towels for 4 people and extra sheets, besides that the stay was very relaxing love it. "

"Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again ."

"My husband and I searched on VRBO for a last minute trip after school ended to get away for just a few days, and we found this golden nugget. The property is hidden nicely on the back of a main house and while close to the shops in Epping, we weren't bothered by noise. The house is old, but has great modern amenities. I was able to cook at home and the kids enjoyed a few games of chess in between their video games. We were close enough to enjoy the beach, especially since the heat wave was in...

"This is a beautiful little space, tucked away and unassuming. But if you go out the door down the small spiral staircase to the bedroom, you are almost immediately met by the waterfront! It would be perfect in the summer for anyone wanting to enjoy the lake. I only wish they offered a late check-out option. "
