"Beautiful apartment with views across to the beach, and just down the road from the famous Big Penguin. Local eateries very good and a supermarket 3 doors down the road. Well located for visits to Burnie, Ulverstone, Devonport,Gunns plains caves, Cradle mountain and others."

"Firstly communication from owners Georgia and Peter was exceptional. The property location is perfect being a short walk to top of main St and in a beautiful tree lined street. And the ambiance and facilities magnificent, we loved the history and charm with all the facilities needed including nice welcome and generous breakfast to prepare in your room as needed. We stayed 2 nights 3-4th may in the Gannon's family suite. Would not hesitate to stay again "

"Weather let us down; we were here for 10 days and it rained most days. Each morning, we woke up hopeful, only to see gray clouds lingering overhead. Our plans for outdoor adventures were thwarted, leaving us to seek refuge in cozy cafes and local shops. Despite the disappointment, we found joy in the unexpected moments, sharing laughter and stories as we watched the rain fall. By the end of our trip, we realized that sometimes, the best memories are made in the most unlikely circumstances."

I would thoroughly recommend this rental to anybody. It was in the middle of houses but so what, we had our car and could soon be out into the beautiful countryside. "

"After a strange (as in no prior details emailed to us) solitary check-in we acclimatised quickly to the comfortable, well equipped and clean property. Our misgivings about the curious land around the house were soon dismissed. The wet, windy and stormy weather did not help. But it was winter after all. The long desolate driveway and the old homewares around the nearby garage were a bit disconcerting. All in all we were comfortable and well located to the main town and its off-season services....
