"Friendly, courteous staff. The hotel was neat and clean and very well organized. Room was also very neat and clean. The only minor issue we had was the toilet paper & tissue box was not stocked. And we did not get room service on the second day we stayed. Possibly could have been because we forgot to take the do not disturb sign off the first day? However it was taken off the second day. Other than that everything was excellent! Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent room location for ski-in ski-out. Pool complex has lots to do which our kids love. Restaurant options on property for more family oriented to live music/nightlife so if your group has people interested in both, you all get what you want."
