"Illiterate check-in personnel. Room filthy, broken, poor maintenance, cleaning, dirty towels still on bathroom floor, horrid odor, blood sprayed on wall, party in parking lot, etc."

"This hotel was in a good location for us. I didn't like that I was charged extra for having three adults in a four person room. Not sure what that is all about."
