"Although the establishment was pleasant, the door was persistently misaligned, posing a persistent inconvenience for me. I was compelled to exert considerable effort, often resorting to forceful pushing, to gain entry into the room. Conversely, exiting the premises necessitated jiggling the door and applying considerable force to dislodge it. Despite these challenges, the staff’s exceptional courtesy made the overall experience more bearable. "

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

"I have enjoyed staying at this particular hotel everytime we go. The rooms are awesome and it's at a great location that is easy to find. Will definitely be booking more rooms there in the future."
