"This place was a comfy basement suite with a separate entrance. I stayed here with just my cat and me; however, there are three beds. If something is wrong, the host is easy to approach and will solve the problem quickly. The area is quaint, near many grocery stores and good places to eat. It's also close to the highway, so it's easy to get there or head somewhere else. The basement is cool during the hot summer days. They have kids, and sometimes they make noise; I don't think it's a big deal....

Seems like the hosts have a chatbot system on here which was very frustrating as we (unluckily) had a theft directly in front of the place from our truck and it took asking 5 times for video camera footage with each day being the same "let me check with our team" and repeat that every day until I had enough. That's correct, 5 days of asking for footage and never an actual answer until I told them off and they replied like a human would. The cameras work but they won't share the...
