Located close to main road so it can get loud at night with traffic and sometimes sirens. Walls are not sound proof/well insulated so you can hear occupants in rear unit which means they can also hear your conversations when you are in living room, dining area, and kitchen. "While the property itself was clean and seemed new, the area was undesirable, parking was an issue, garbage collection was an issue and there were a couple things lacking in the unit (no TV in one bedroom, bulb blown in closet etc.)."
