"Our family had an amazing stay at Mountain Mama’s Cabin! The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The cabin itself was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our large group.The downstairs playroom was a huge hit with the kids! It was great having a dedicated space for them to enjoy, and while some of the games and equipment showed signs of past enjoyment, it didn’t detract from the experience.What truly set this stay apart was Misty’s kindness and support. During our visit, the surrounding area experienced unprecedented flooding, and she went above and beyond to keep us informed about road conditions and the safest routes when it was time to leave. Her thoughtful communication and care made all the difference, and we are so grateful.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mountain Mama’s Cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly retreat with a fantastic host!"

"We enjoyed the convenience to Winter place resort and the pub/grill located in the lodge, with delicious food, like a fried green tomato sandwich and penne Alfredo. The room was very comfortable and warm, just like the staff who were friendly and welcoming."

"It was a nice comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and setup nicely. It was very accommodating. The breakfast not so great! Kids were in the pool and hot tub whole time so that kinda sucked because I wanted to relax and enjoy myself but overall good service."
