"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."

"Some features seemed as if they were "falling apart", such as paint peeling off the walls in the lobby and the elevator shaking heavily when used. The area was nice, staff was very friendly, but we experienced some technical issues with the TV and wifi."

"A lady called Lisa Wilheim at reception was the most amazing staff member ever! She was kind accommodating and helpful! We stayed for a friends wedding and she was wonderful in every way that a wedding party would need. I cannot more highly recommend her and I am very grateful for her service "

"We love the Airlie however there is one serious need. Every room is entirely hardwood flooring and no carpets, rugs, or throw rugs of any kind. If it rains then water gets everywhere and theres nowhere to put your shoes. Puddles everywhere. If there's snow like it did this week then there are puddles from your luggage, puddles from your shoes, and wet socks."
