I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to highways. The only downside, which was minor, was having the room door open to the outside. It made it a little noisier than other hotels. But overall, the experience was excellent.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. DIRTY. OUTDATED. DILAPIDATED. I refused to stay at this location and they refused to refund my reservation through Expedia. I will definitely think twice before staying at a Best Western again. This Fairfax one was very outdated with a broken fridge control, with a gum wrapper on the bed and some sort of shiny metal (looked like craft paper) on the dresser, definitely not cleaned well.

Check in went smoothly but front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She acted like she just didn’t want to be there & mumbled instructions about breakfast & parking. This is a very old property & it showed with the rooms. Room was very basic. Bed was uncomfortable. I could hear other people talking thru walls.
