"I've stayed here four times now. I like it for the price and for the location. The rooms are comfortable if you get the ones with their own bathrooms. The only thing that REALLY bothers me is that there are no deadbolts or other inside locks on the doors. It's scary sleeping in the same house with other travelers with no real locks on your room. If it had this, I would definitely give five stars. My teenage son can pick the locks on these doors in less than a minute. But it's right off the...

"The cozy guest house on Capitol Hill was a great stay! It has beautiful views, and the house and grounds are meticulously kept. Communication was great. I would recommend. "
