"The hotel itself was pretty cozy. The staff were friendly, for the most part. They have a sauna, gym, restaurant, lobby bar, game room, and a bar downstairs. The views were incredible. There were a lot of activities to keep busy. The only downside is the cost to get to the hotel from the airport in Kiruna. "I had a very pleasant stay. Laura at reception went above and beyond and was very helpful as most everything around town is in Swedish. The hotel itself is fine, a bit dark as none of the rooms or common areas have windows. comfortable enough. You do have to walk rather far to get to the bathrooms. the saunas were under repair so unfortunately did not get to use them. hotel is centrally and conveniently located. "
