"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."

"The shower place had some bugs so I wasn’t happy about it but still it is worth the price and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely go again when I visit Bilbao."

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"Overall great stay - would definitely stay again The reception staff were so helpful and friendly - gave great advice on which beaches to go to and how to access them The accommodation is literally on top of the main interchange so unrivalled in terms of transport links - we got the bus to San Sebastián The room was fab with fridge, sink etc Some of the sheets were stained which is my only criticism but don’t let that out you off - I’m sure they would have given me fresh ones if I had...

"It was my first hostel experience- and was a good one for it! Love how modern it was, helpful staff, and it was pretty comfortable."

"Most of the lockers were broken and you could not truly secure your belongings while you were out. The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. The location is great, just across the river from the Guggenheim and reasonably walkable to other sights."

"Family of 4. Stayed 1 night in a family room with private bathroom and it was perfect, even better than we thought. Very well located 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to bus station to go to the city center. Would definitely recommend. "

"The place looks amazing and the staff at reception and in the basement are friendly and helpful. Theres a great range of facilities. Unfortunately, due to the behaviour of a neighbouring guest, the night could have been better. The walls are notnsound insulated so you can hear what is happening next door. They were a very loud talker on the phone and then played music until midnight. In the morning when using the WC, it was smelling of smoke as someone was smoking. I do not like smelling of...

"The room was exactly as you might imagine for student accommodation in that there was a bathroom, bed, desk and kitchen area. The kitchen had a large fridge with small freezer compartment and there was a microwave and oven top. There were some utensils in the cupboards too. There is a Mercadona about 5-10minutes walk away and a bakery and cafe about five minutes away too. There is a bus stop immediately outside the accommodation. "I stayed here for 2 days. Firstly, hotels.com forgot to send me late check-in instructions, which I emailed them about. The room was ok. The pillow was really uncomfortable. There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "

"Great one bedroom suite, with kitchen area in the sitting room. Useful washing machine/dryer. Large comfortable double bed with an amazing light system in the board behind the pillows. Walkable to the old town with it’s great pixos/tapas bars and parking, which you can reserve in advance with Telpark, is only 2 minutes walk away.The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would have been nice to have an armchair as well as sofa in the sotting room. Excellent stay."

"Perfect apartment for a family of four. The kitchen was well equipped. I wish we knew in advance about the siesta window shutters. They are a great feature for travelers that want to rest during daylight on the arrival day. "

Excellent location and service. Highly recommended

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service. We found it very easy to walk throughout the city to the attractions so the location was great as well. I would happily stay again. "
