"The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."

"Really great property in the countryside. Was out of season and a little quiet but I can imagine it to be full in Summertime. Staff were extremely helpful & polite. Room was nice enough but toilet seat was cheap & needed replacing. I would recommend hiring a car to get around as it was quite remote and you literally cannot walk anywhere as it’s on a winding country road with no walking pathway. The free shuttle service is brilliant and they will take you to nearby Arona/Lake Maggoire for €15...
