"I was told to look for a BUS with name of hotel on windshield. After waiting and stressing out if I was in the correct spot , I called the hotel to ask where the shuttle bus was. They said I had to find a PERSON holding a SIGN with the hotel name. Really??? Why not tell me this before I called ? After getting to the hotel, all was good. "

"Gorgeous place, big room, good bed, nice breakfast. Very disappointing shuttle service from the airport. Upon arriving at CCS I called the hotel for the shuttle, and was told that it wasn't included with my room. They said I needed to pay $25 USD. I was forced to take a taxi, but it was next-to-impossible to find cash. It cost 60,000 Bolivares and should normally only cost 5,000. (It's only about 7 minutes!) When I finally got to the hotel I showed them the reservation where it specifically says...

"The room was freezing. I turned off the air conditioning, but it was still cold. The humidity in the room and bathroom was high. The towels felt damp.Otherwise, a magnificent and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. "
