"Room was super clean and even smelled great. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but the kids loved it. The hot tub was down sadly and pool a little cold for me but again the kids enjoyed it. Thought it was amazing they offered hot chocolate along side the coffee 24 hours and breakfast buffet was outstanding. Will definitely stay again."

"Marie and Ted were fabulous hosts!! We arrived late (and they were out of the house) and they left very detailed instructions for us in their absence. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We awoke early the next morning to head out and found Ted had made the MOST delicious blueberry muffins. We took a couple of muffins and some coffee with us for our ride up to Mackinac Island. The only issue we encountered was not being able to figure out how to operate the TV in our room but it...

"This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it again. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle that can take you around town which we utilized. The room was very clean. I loved the free coffee and tea they had all day, too! "

"I love this place. It is starting to feel like home. I live an hour away from work, and on snowy/stormy days I like to stay in town. This hotel having reasonable prices during the off season allows me to do that. I appreciate it! The chocolate chip cookies at the front desk are also a nice touch. All the front desk associates are friendly and helpful."
