However, we had to be up quite early, and the noise level was pretty high. We made a call explaining our situation, and she not only moved us to a different room, but didn’t make us pay the extra amount for having a room facing the bay. We slept great, and truly appreciated them working with us. "

"Property is going through reservations. Booked the room for my kids to swim in the pool for the weekend but pool and hot tub were closed. They do have arcade room and indoor play area that helped to keep them entertained but would have like to know about the pool before booking."
