I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...

"Pleasant overall experience. Hotels near here seem to all be of similar quality. However, this location was hosting a small business convention. The restaurant had a quality offering and really seemed to be set up well to accommodate larger groups. Small rooms but comfortable environment. "
