"I wanted a place where I could stay with my daughter and get her away from the craziness of going to a large, SEC school and quiet down a bit and make her some home-cooked meals. This place was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I will definitely stay again. The property owner was quick to respond, but I did not have very many questions as it was in great shape."

"We picked a bad weekend as it was cold with snow everywhere, most the shops were closed because of the weather. But the location was perfect. The only issues we had was figuring out how to work the ac/heat, it’s a split unit and had to google how to use it. The room otherwise was very clean and comfortable."

"My friend and I stayed here for a night to attend a Arkansas Razorback basketball game, and this place did not disappoint. Super clean, extra amenities, comfortable beds, very nice showers, and up-to-date everything inside. Also a super quiet neighborhood which helped us sleep soundly. Very convenient if you need access to anything in Fayetteville, especially the University itself as it just minutes away. Highly recommend!!! "

"What a little gem on Dickson Street. The patio was wonderful! We stayed out there for hours. The property was clean and the location great! The only tip I would give is to add additional seating in the living area that is a more comfortable too. We would stay here again! It was the perfect spot for parents visiting their college student who lives on campus. "

"We loved our stay at this Eureka Springs flat. The location is great---on the edge of downtown with an easy drive to all the shops. You can skip the car and walk to downtown (and catch the cupcake shop along the way). There is also trolley access near the flat to locations all over town.The hosts were amazing.
