"From the outside nice looking old hotel. Inside it was rundown and not the cleanest. We only had one towel and the coffee maker still had old grounds in it. No where to hang clothes or even put your luggage"

"Although the room was newlybrenovatedcand clean the customer service was poor. There was no top sheet on our bed and when I asked they simply handed me one rather than making the bed. We stayed 3 nights and no one empty our garbage or replenished coffee, shower needs or linens."
