"Loved it the only things were staff did not explain skywalk only that is was on 2 floor and there was not any signs as to directions to for skywalk. Also the floor as u stepped in to jacuzzi was extremely slick i almost fell. A sign might be helpful addressing issue or preferably adding traction to internal steps. The shower floors were also a issue. Very little traction we had problems checking in I had booked a handicape accessible room and our room was given to someone else. Lots of dust by bar dividers at eye level. We did have issue with breakfast biscuits and gravy overly sweet. But waitress was very quick to resolve issue and was great coffee was delicious. Pool was great exercise room had lots of machines plus had weight times set up in cause it was busy. Nice job on planning this just in case.water was the perfect temp in jacuzzi and pool. Bar was great very attentive. Grounds were well taken care of.cheesecake factory was even right down stairs once exiting skywalk. Some restaurant stayed open to 10 but the start looking doors between 8-9. If u have late meal you might have to walk around building outside to get back. Just stay in for some room service. Nice to have restaurant just down the elevator."
