"We chose this property because it's location allowed easy reach of York, Harrogate and sightseeing opportunities towards the North Yorks Moors. Lovely house in a quiet village. Generous rooms, great facilities. We were late in the season so didn't get a chance to use the outdoors areas but would be great in the summer. No issues, but where we had questions/requests the host responded almost immediately and came round if necessary. Highly recommended"

"Lovely bungalow, cleanliness excellent, everything you would need for your stay. Martin very helpful on arrival. Bus stops just along the road with buses going every 20 minutes into town. Close to supermarket. "

"We booked this property for a 4 week stay and we were absolutely delighted. The property is new to the market thus everything about the property beds, linen, decor were all first class. The view over Richmond Town is simply to die for and although we had a few teething issues our hosts Matt and Clare dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. They were the perfect hosts. The road on the other side of the property is very busy but the new glazing reduced the noise to a bare minimum. The property...

"The lodge was perfect. Spotlessly clean and pretty and everything you could need. However what made our holiday absolutely perfect was the garden the lodge is set in. Stunningly beautiful, magical grounds that you could see from all sides of the lodge. With a folly perfect for an outdoor fire and BBQ. Central to all of the North East and Durham attractions. I have been twice now and can’t wait to go again. Magical!"
