"Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean just could have used a few minor repairs to some of the fixtures in the room nothing that was a deal breaker. My wife and I stayed for a week and had a pleasant experience. We would definitely consider it again the next time we travel to the Boston area. "

"There was a strong perfume smell from the cleaning products they used, which might not offend other people, but I personally am annoyed by chemical perfume smells and needed to open the window. And then I discovered the heat did not work or the thermostat in the room is a deception. I cranked it up and nothing happened, it must be controlled from some other location. I suppose the temperature would have been tolerable if I didn't have the window cracked, but i was cold. You get what you pay...

"It was located conveniently for shops and the park and the rooms and bedding were very clean. The cleaning staff kept on top of the communal bathrooms but the cleanliness would depend on the guests that used it in between the cleaning. The picture you see in the advert is not the rooms i looked at or stayed in. The rooms are a lots more worn with some dark decor and peeling wallpaper with worn carpeting in areas, not polished wood floors as seen in pictures. That said it is clean, fresh clean...
